About E-GOV-TN


E-GOV-TN is an Erasmus Mundus Action 2 (EMA2) partnership programme that aims at developing further collaboration among 5 EU universities (France (3), Poland, Spain) and another 6 in Tunisia (Gabès, Gafsa, Kairouan, Monastir, Sfax, Tunis) by sending and hosting mobility of talented students and staff.
The project is devoted to promote Open Government Data in Tunisia for service innovation and transparency.
E-GOV-TN also aims at enhancing capacity and employability as well as qualification of institutions and individuals from all the partner countries.

E-GOV-TN project offers 100 mobility grants for students, researchers and staff, including 72 grants from Tunisia to EU and 28 grants from EU to Tunisia.

The project is open to all fields of study if focused on data mining, apart from health (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry etc.). Our priority study areas can then include for instance :
  • Sciences and techniques
  • Engineering
  • Social sciences (especially sociology, psychology, economics, law etc.) 


Bachelor, Master, Doctorate and Post-Doc students as well as administrative staff will be able to take part in mobility schemes under a scholarship programme for a duration in-between 3 and 36 months, depending on the academic level.
