Step 1: Before applying

  • Check the academic offer of the universities you want to apply to, and make sure your field of study is available
For European applicants, please contact Chloé Chastel
  • Choose up to 5 universities, ranking them from 1 to 5 (1: most preferred)
Careful: only one course per university
  • For Bachelor and Master: choose carefully a host course similar to your home course as you will have to prepare a learning agreement. This means that the unit courses your are studying in your home university should match with the unit courses you will study in the host university (if you are selected). You will have to prepare, in your application, 1 proposition of learning agreement per host university according to the unit courses detailed in the academic offer of the partners. Please refer to the EGOVTN Application Guidelines for more details. A template of learning agreement is available on the right of this page.
  • For Post-doc and Staff: contact the academic and/or administrative coordinator at your host university to get a confirmation from a potential supervisor (pre-acceptance letter - please remind that the pre-acceptance letter does not mean you will be accepted or will get the scholarship). Please send your request with your CV, letter of motivation, research/work project and last transcript of records and diploma.

Step 2: Gather all the required documents

During the online application process, you will have to upload supporting documents. Make sure you have them before starting the application.

You can find a list of the documents you will have to enclose for the application HERE
