Certificate of Arrival

At your arrival, you must fill in and sign your Certificate of Arrival with the help of your E-GOV-TN coordinator.

It is very important that you keep all the original travel documents (e.g. boarding passes, train tickets, visa costs), because they need to be joined to you certificate of arrival.

Grantholder agreement

You should bring two signed copies of your Grantholder Agreement. Your E-GOV-TN cordinator will send them to the coordinating institution.

Bank account

Remember that you must have a European bank account in order to receive your grant. So if you do not have one, you must open a European bank account as soon as you have arrived to your host country. You must then send us a scanned copy of your full bank account details, including:
  • names of the account holder
  • account number
  • IBAN
  • BIC / SWIFT code
  • name of the bank
  • address of the bank

Once you have completed the urgent steps of installation

During the first month after your arrival, please fill in the E-GOV-TN Start Survey that you will be able to download on this page. This is important for us, so that we can continue improving the programme. It is also an opportunity for you to express your opinion about the E-GOV-TN project organisation.
