Contact your host university

The E-GOV-TN coordinator of your host university is your contact and support before and during your mobility. They will help you with practical questions as well as with the formalities of installation to your host university and host country:

  • registration to the host university
  • accomodation
  • applying for a visa/residence permit
  • opening a European bank account
  • etc.
Do not hesitate keeping your E-GOV-TN coordinator updated about any issues concerning your mobility. This way your coordinator can be more reactive and help you in case you face difficulties. You should also meet your coordinator personally as soon as you arrive to your host university.

Bachelor & Master candidates

You need to prepare your Learning Agreement with the help of your E-GOV-TN coordinator in order to define the courses you will validate in your host country. The Learning agreement must present 30 ECTS credits for each semester. Once your mobility is over, your home university will recognize the ECTS credits you validated during your mobility. No diploma can be delivered by the host university in the case of an exchange mobility.

The Learning Agreement must be signed by you, your home university and the host university, and then sent to before the mobility starts.

Please note that you will not be able to start the mobility until we have received your Learning Agreement signed by each party.

As a reminder, exchange mobility students must make sure to register in their home university in 2016-2017 before the mobility starts, to be able to validate the ECTS credits in their home university.
